Thoroughly enjoyed the superior twin room with great views and the way it was setup. A safe box, coffee and tea making equipment were provided for a fairly nice stay on a predominantly business trip.

The location here is convenient, with excellent service from the staff in red, particularly Ms. Dorra, in a lovely area, offering comfortable rooms, beds, and spacious bathrooms.

The rooms are well-equipped and brand-new, and they offer great views. The professional staff provided complimentary slippers and water. The breakfast was varied and hot, including baked beans, French pastries & bread, and delicious Arabic alternatives.

The hotel was excellent and fairly decent, we recommend it to friends. By and large, it was ideal base for sightseeing in Amman, had much fun and met funny and delightful staff upon our reservation through bookin.

Located in the heart of the city centre, this hotel is easily accessible by local taxis. The friendly staff are ready to help you with any questions or requests you may have. After a long day of trekking, the next door pub is a great place to unwind and enjoy a refreshing drink.

The lack of experienced staff can sometimes result in slower service in the restaurant.

Hotel is not what I would expect from the Kempinski chain. Rooms are very dated even though the hotel is just a few years old.

The leisure facilities and comfort

The hotel had a restuarant via apple and we had to wait two hours for our food to arrive, it was not worth it, it was appalling, even when we complained we were not reinbursed for the appalling food, was not impressed with that,. The food was not worth the price and food the hotel too prices for food overall when you add the government taxes etc. will not stay there again.
